Heather Nicholls
Heather Nicholls is a paralegal with over three years experience. She originally qualified as a paralegal under Business and Professions Code section 6450(c)(3) after working for a lawyer who specialized in Real Estate and Business law and she is now completing her paralegal certificate program at San Francisco State University, with an emphasis in the areas of Probate, Wills & Trusts, and Elder Law. She has been employed by Linda S. Durston since October 2011.
Heather has two children, one dog, two cats, and two guinea pigs that keep her busy. On her days off she loves to hike, snowboard and garden.

William Tang
Will Tang is a law intern for Linda S. Durston. Will is a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of California - Berkeley from Belmont, California. He is majoring in Molecular Cell Biology. Will is passionate about the legal profession in general, he would like to pursue a career in law after he graduates. In his free time, he likes to run, read, and watch movies.
Rachel Pavey
Rachel Pavey is an intern at the Law Office of Linda S. Durston. Rachel is a first year undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley from Long Beach, California. She is an intended Business major applying to the Haas School of Business in the fall. She is passionate about business and law for the purpose of helping others. Some of her hobbies include running and hiking and on her free time she loves to go to the beach with her friends to tan.
